SEDL was set up to take advantage of the emerging opportunities in the real estate subsector spawned by the government’s reform policies on housing and infrastructure development. Specifically, the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) policy of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), provides a veritable platform for private sector participation in the accelerated development of the Federal Capital Territory. |
